Are multiple filing I-485 possible?

Gurus,

I am a self I-485 petitioner based on NIW with RD in Feb. 2002.

While my I-485 is pending, my company has cleared my labor (NY) this Month.

My question is whether it's possible to file two I-485 in VSC?


Is there any one in similar situations?

It's possible. Better to do CP on the other I might suggest.

I'll do more search then.

I know your case is much like mine except this twist. I do prefer to file the second I-485 for the transfer worry in NYC if no law barricade to clear.

Hope we can get approval soon.

Yes. Even our FP1 is the same (FP1 was 04/30 but INS received it on 05/06) and my RD is 02/12 (and ND 03/01). I haven't received FP2 notice yet. It seems that approvals come after three months of FP2 if everything is alright - so you should expect some nice Christmas gift around that time! Keep us updated...
