Hi,

My wife and me are going to have oath ceremony in Los Angeles, CA. It probably will be in Los Angeles Sport Arena.
We have a 1 year daughter.
We do not have anybody to take care of her. Can we take her to the oath ceremony if we both have it in the same day???. even thought are allow strollers inside the ceremony??.

Any advice.
Thanks

It was allowed in Fairfax, VA.

My wife and I took oath at the same time and our 3 year old kid was with us ALL the time.

We were worried too before our oath thinking how it would go and if USCIS would object, But they were very friendly and the whole environment was very nice.

Iceway,

Try the meltway, your infant should be fine and USCIS wouldn't even bother about such a small issue. Unless they can provide childcare for you on the day, take your child. It is not a major issue at all. Enjoy the experience and take picture with your infant, when she/he is of age, explain your journey. After all, she/he won't have to naturalize, that was taken care of when your boys won the race and was conceived...lol!!
