Are INS letters forwardable?

If you give a forwarding address at the post office will the Post Office forward any letters from INS (like EAD Cards etc) to the new address of will theysent it back to the INS?

INS Letters may not be forwardable

I have seen a few posts on this board where people stated that US Postal Service does not forward INS notices. I don\'t know what the official word on that is.

I asked lawyers to contact VSC and change my address, and for good measure, I called into VSC to change my address so that (hopefully) there would not be any problems with mail.

Again, I emphasize that my knowledge is based on what I have read on this message board, and not anything else. Hope this helps

Post office does forward INS mail. I have got my EAD and Advance Parole forwarded and recently some people have posted that you can even get GC forwarded because there is nothing mentioned on the envelop that stops post office from forwarding the letter.
