Are 485 filed without salary stubs + W2 getting approved without RFE??

My lawyer (Jackson & Hertogs) didn\'t ask for W2 and salary stubs to file 485. Has anybody seen such cases getting approved without RFE??

paystubs, W2, and tax info are not required for CSC I-485
applicants. Only employment letter is necessary in I-485
package. The reason that most RFE ask for these documents
is that CSC wants to verify whether you are working for
the same company who sponsors your green card.

Even if one includes these documents, CSC would still issue
RFE as they please.

CSC issued RFE to request the same docs

Actually, CSC has issued RFE in my case (WAC-01-166) for W2, 1040 and paystubs even though they were included with original application.
