I am moving out of state but don't know my other residence yet (will be in a hotel for 15 days) Do i need to give hotel living address in AR11 and file another AR11 when I move again?

Just file an AR-11 with a friends address or some address in the current place where your mails can be received and someone can contact you if needed (You do not have to stay there necessarily).

Once you find a permanent living place in the new area, send another AR-11.
