1.My friends employer is from newyork..and he got a contract-job (consulting) in LA ..can he be able to work in LA if his company holding his H1 is from Newyork?
2.My another friend is living in LA from past 1 year but his employer is from chicago and had not filed his AR11 form can he file it now ? is he already in trouble?
