AR11- Change of address

This AR11-Form goes to Washington. But, Is this procedure good enough for CSC branch too or do i have to call/mail them seprately to let them know of the change of address. Anyways i do have a friend who collects the mail for me at the old address in LA. Any ideas where the INS (CSC Branch) will correspond with me now, like GC approval, RFE, etc..... Inputs please

I've sent the AR-11 form to Wash and also called CSC and updated my new address.

I sent the AR-11 to Washington and called CSC and told them about the change of address.
