AR11 - Change of Address

Hello everyone,

I have an important question about the AR-11 (change of address).

I have had my GC for almost five yrs now. However, I did not send in a change of address for my last few moves (most resent was in June 2005).

Question 1

I'm applying for Citizenship in January 2006. Should I send in a form AR-11 now so at least my present address will be known or should I just wait until I file my citizenship, which would have my current address?????

Question 2

Can my naturalization application be denied/delayed for not doing address changes, even though it wasn't intentional?? Has anyone with a GC had a similar situation???

eFile for AR11

Gurus,

Is the eFile for AR11 Address change started yet.. or we still have to fill out the form and mail it...Also do they need a certified mail or just a regular one is fine...

Thanks

Yes. Better late than never

Is it Ok to postdate - write as "todays date" a year or two yearlier (2003)?
(date of the actual move)

Is any "history" information checked during AR-11 update?
E.g. One would not want the GC history checked due to "change employer earlier". That is one of the reason of not sending AR-11 (it asks for Employer name/address).
