Hi guys
I 'd like to fill in the form AR-11 to inform BCIS(I485 pending). Here are some questions, pls kindly help me to handle it. Thanks so much in advance.
1. The state in US: visitor, student or other? I am H-1 and I485 pending.
2. expired date stay in US:
My H-1B expired date is 05/2004. But I renter into US with AP on 02/2003, the AP expired date is 01/2004 and was stamped on my PP and new I94. Which date should I fill in AR-11?
3. port and date of entry into US:
As the same above reason, I should fill in the new port and date from my new I94, right? Can I use the old one?
I renter US by car on the border of the start of Rt.81, NY, the name on I94 is DA. Anybody know what exact name of this port?
4. I changed my employer after I filed I485 for 180 days, but I did not inform BCIS. Since I should fill my new employer name on AR-11 form, is there any another form except AR-11 I should send to BCIS to explain the change of employer?
