Background:
I am the principal applicant. AOS pending 480 days.
I live in Illinois my wife just moved to Indiana. She used to work in NY last year but she changed her employer to move closer to Illinois. She is using EAD.
We use my address for all correspondance with INS for our applications etc.
Question is: Do we need to file AR11 for her. As she is in Indiana over the week only and comes home to Illinois for weekends. We did not file an AR11 for her move to NY as our lawyers at that time said that it was temporary and all INS wants is an address to send documentation to.
