Dear Friends,

I recently moved to a new address, as required I am preparing the AR-11 form to send it to USCIS. I have already called the National customer service and updated my address change for I-485.I am currently working using my EAD with I-485 pending, I have two questions regarding the data to be filled in AR-11 form.

1. Do I need to complete the "Copy Number from Alien Card" section in AR-11 with alien number indicated in my EAD card.

2.there is another section in AR-11 called "If not a permanent resident, my stay in the US expires on:" , what date should I give, given my pending status.

Appreciate your help.

Thanks

kris

1. Put ur A#

2. Put the EAD expiry date if you are in EAD (or) put ur H1B expiry date if you are in H1B.

1. Your A#
2. Just type in "Pending AOS"
your EAD expiry date is NOT RELEVANT as your legal status is not controlled by that date (same goes for H/L visa expiry date)

Thanks for the info.

I am trying to change my address by sending the Ar-11 form to USCIS.

Can someone please let me know..

1) What should I fill in the "Number from the Alien Card" ? I dont have a EAD and i am still on H1B.My I-140 is approved though and waiting to file 485.

2) Port of entry and Date of entry columns - Are these the most recent entry details or the first date of entry ito US.

Thanks in advance,

I filed my AR 11 form recently after getting inputs from this forum and from my attorney. In your case you need not fill A # column, for the POE and date you have to mention the latest one.
