AR-11 / Is it ok to refile

Hi,

I've been on the GC for about 4.5 years and in a couple of months plan on applying for citizenship. I don't remember whether I had filed a AR-11 when I moved about 4 years ago. Is there any way to find out? Is it ok to refile? From the FAQs, it looks like the AR-11 has to be filed prior to the N-400 if one had changed addresses while on the GC. Thanks!
 
I am also having the similar question. I moved to a new location last year. I do not remember whether AR-11 has been sent. I am going to apply for Citizenship in two months. So i called the customer service number and they told me to resubmit it again thru online.

What is going to happen internally?. I got my GC when I was in chicago 4 1/2yrs back. If we submit AR-11 will they send our files from Chicago to nearest service location where I live?
 
You files probably won't be in Chicago, because inactive cases are stored in a central repository. Once you submit the N-400, your files are pulled, and go via the SC on to the DO.
