AR-11 Form

"IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPIRES ON: (Date) ________"

WHAT DATE if any should I enter? I am on EAD ( I-485 Pending ) and my H-1 is expired.

Any previous AR-11 filers here?

it would be the EAD expire date


I haven't filed AR-11 ever but SR-11 I did and it asks same question....
it means what is last date of your current status ????/ and because (H1- expired) u are using EAD so it would be EAD expire date.

AOS pending

When i filed AR-11, I asked my lawyer about it and she told me to put "AOS to Permanent Residence pending" .

On my lawyers advise I stated;
"pending approval of AOS"

I filled in "Permanent Resident" ...and status as "485/AOS pending"
