AR 11 Form

I am changing my residence.
In the AR 11 form there is a section as below:

I AM IN THE UNITED STATES AS:
Visitor Permanent Resident
Student Other . . . . . . . .(Specify)
I am awaitng 485 adjudication.
My H1 6 year tenure expires in Feb 2005.

I have not applied for the 7th year extension.

Just want to confirm the following.
I think I qualify for the Other category...
what would be the category?

my advice

Choose OTHER and write AOS (I-485). Do not give your A#. That's for people who are done with GC stamping.

Just one last question (open to anyone who knows as well)

My status is AOS (I-485) and my H1 expires in Feb 2005.
I haven't applied for the 7th year extension.
What would then be the entry in the following column?

IF NOT A PERMANENT
RESIDENT, MY STAY IN
THE U.S. EXPIRES ON:
(Date)

I think it should be N/A but just wanted to confirm.

Since your AOS is still pending, you should apply for H1 extension, unless you plan to switch to EAD.

Hope I am not too late in reply. I just entered the expiration date of my EAD.
Put the date and write EAD in parenthesis
