AR-11 Form - Confused about some of questions - Please help...

Hello, I am a consultant - and have recently moved to NY (from MA) to work on a 6-months project for one of our Company clients. Now I need to file a COA Form - but I am confused about the follwing Qs -

1) If above address is temporary I expect to remain there for - Now this new address is temporary as I will be there only for 6 months - should I specify that it is a temporary address and I expect to remain there for 6 months?

2) I work for or attend school at - Should I give my employer's address (which is based in Boston. MA) or should I give the employer's client's address (for whom I will be working in NY)? - If I am going to give my employer's address would it be OK that I live in NY and my employer is in MA.

3) If not a PR, my stay in US expires on - As per I-94 on my passport it expires as of December 2006 - but I got it based on my H1B which I had at that time - But now I am EAD Status which is going to expire on March 2006 - so what date should I specify over here - December 2006 or March 2006.

Will greatly appreciate any input on this- as I need to do this ASAP - as my EAD is due for renewal (only 3 months left) and I am waiting for COA before I file for EAD renewal.

There are lot of consultants like me who have to work at different client sites in different states on contract basis - even though there employer might be based in a different state - so what should a consultant do in such case -file for COA everytime he/she moves (even if it's a 3 month or 6 month project).

>> specify the NY address as temporary address valid for 6 months

>> provide employers address and not client address.

There is a place on AR-11where they ask for current status - On my form I have put "EAD" - what should I put on my wife's AR-11 Form? - Her EAD got approved but some how got lost in transit - And we might have to reapply her EAD - She came to US on H4 Visa. But I am wondering since my H1b is now cancelled then what status would be she on?

Do I need to do anything else or submit any other documents besides submitting AR-11 Form?

Also if I file in AR-11 today can I immediately apply for EAD renewal with the new address?

Greatly appreciate your input.
 
Follow-Up on AR-11

For change of address update, Apart from the AR-11 form being sent to London, KY Is it required to call the VSC to provide the latest address change for the current I-485 application in process? There has been quite a lot of rumors going, I would like to see such a note from DHS/BCIS website.

Please help, if anybody has further info.

call uscis and provide new address for all "pending" applications. use the new address on I-765 form.

If one is not in any nonimmigrant status but in the AOS (I-485 pending and work on an EAD), how to answer the following question on the Form AR-11?

IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPIRES ON: (Date)
 
Different people have different opinions - I had the same query - as per the immigration lawyer I was suggested to specify current EAD expiry date - what I finally did was to specify "AOS Pending" instead of filling out any date - as you are allowed to stay in US for as long as your AOS is pending - but there is no way of knowing that date.

I used the expiry date on I-94.

Thanks for the info. The "AOS Pending" makes sense.
