i came on a b1 in oct 2003 .. My company applied for a h1 ie change of status after 60 days.. i got my h1. now i have applied for a h1 transfer fater 6 mnths.. i have got the h1 transfer but the new company wants me to go to india for consular processing.. can anyone let me know wht r the chances tht the consulate will grant me visa.. also if there r few thngs tht i shld know be4 goin to consulate.. i would appreciate if anyone could share their experience or any legal advice
