Just seemed another day of checking status 4-5 times a day as I usually do. But the first time I checked this morning it said APPROVED!!!!. Man this is a gooD feeling!!!! I have been a silent visitor and seen many posts by old times, starbucks, russian, prok, gheewala and other.


Good luck to everyone, will keep coming back with updates

Congrats 485dec01Waiter!!! I am also a Dec 2001 waiter and my reply to RFE is received by INS on 10/30/03 and I am still waiting for approval. Did you contact any local senator ? Again congrats to you.

No just decided to wait it out. My lawyer did send an inquiry to NSC two weeks 12 days ago. But from reading the posts on this forum I am not sure it had any effect. Seems like they are clearing the backlog.
