Hi Guys/Gals,

Please post your approvals for cases whose Priority Dates are current in May 2006. My details are in my signature below.

Why are you asking every one to post their APPROVAL details when you dont have an approval yet to post ? ;)
 
Hi Cheekoo,

I am simply trying to figure out whether VSC has started approving cases current in May. Until now all the approvals I have seen in this forum are from before May.
 
485 Approved!!!!!

Received the magic email today!!!!

My PD became current in May 1 2006. Thanks to everyone in the forum. This forum has been really very helpful.
 
Ohnoo!!!! Hope urs get approved soon.

Dont worry. I beleive they primarily go by PD and not by notice date. If the great name check is cleared for you, there should be no problem.
 
gc4freedom congrats! I am anxiously waiting for my I-485 approval. My priority date (EB-1, Jan 31, 2005) became current on May 1 as well.

I have send a fax to FBI on July 22 2004, FBI replies that my record check done on May 8 2003

I hope to see more approval for PD Curr for month May. I am waiting for June as my PD will be current in June.
