I guess that this is just the last case which they did not approve/act upon (must be some RFE case, or some corner case).

Actually they might be processing August/Sept 2005. A hint to this theory is if you see user 'Mr Green's case, his case was worked upon in dec. although his ND is only 8/05.

This is a crazy Service Center. There were approvals in December 05 for the RD of 10/31/05. For more info. pl. visit immigrationwatch.com web site.
