Waiting waiting waiting for the Interview Letter

On other trackers, I saw noone has received interview letter from 27th March 2014 - Priority Date.
It was taking 2 months till March. For April filers the interview letter was expected in Mid June.
We are 1 week shy of completing 3 months.

I read somewhere, after 91 days of delay, we can call customer support.

I also read that people have approached congressmen to get help and got it.

Since my mom is old, we have retained a lawyer to accompany her to the interview.
Lawyer said, wait for couple more weeks ( up to 20th July 2014)

To my utmost surprise, we received a letter for repeat fingerprinting.

The reason for my utmost surprise is that this same thing happened during Green Card processing and we had to submit police clearance certificate.
One would expect USCIS to have history of the Alient since A# is tracked throughout the life of the immigrant.

If fingerprinting was not successful in the last 3 attempts any Tom Dick and Harry can easily state that it will fail on 4th attempt also for the same person, aging more.

This is something you dpon't expect to happen in USA.

Well. Might is right!!! so we will visit fingerprinting office again and simultaneously visit local police station to get clearance letter.

Patience is the virtue!!!
