VSC is already processing FEB cases, How long INS take to adjucate the case after FP? Any idea? Or further FP delay will delay the adjucation.

Spoke with IIO this morning

I spoke with IIO this morning. She said that they are trying to automate the process of Fingerprinting. She also checked "another" computer system and said that my file has started to move for finger printing and told me to call back in 6 weeks if I dont hear anything by then. She apologized for the delay and said this was a problem with early filers, for example april.

you should get your FP long time ago.

Maybe you can try checking with local ASC in NJ. since they already did FPs for so many Aug/Sept filers, they have to owe some explaination for your guys with April/May ND day.
