Hi all,
talked with IIO just now. My RD and ND are 04/2 and 04/19. WAC-01-162-XXXXX.
I had got an RFE on Oct 26th asking for Last 3 years W2s, Last 4 Pay stubs and Employment Verification Letter. My lawyer had responded with documents on Nov 02. So I asked the IIO if they had recieved my documents.
She asked for the date I had mailed...I said on Nov 02.
Her response stumped me...
She said that right now they are opening mails recieved on Oct 01 and I should be patient and wait.
I hope that\'s not true.....any way just wanted to share with you all....

Can you provide details about the Employment Verification letter? Does it simply say that you are currently employed with the company or does it include statements about the future?

I got a RFE for my EAD (checked AVM) but haven\'t seen it yet. Hence, curious.

Employment letter

The Employment letter says the you are in the employment of the company and your salary is so and so...
Your lawyer should be sending you a sample of the letter needed.
