Finally 485 for both me and my wife\'s case approved. Just checked
AVM and it says approval notice sent on Oct 23rd...
Here are the details;
RD : 03/23/01 EB3/RIR
ND: 04/10/01
EAD: 06/01
AP: 07/01
WAC: 01-154-XXXX
FP: 07/31/01(Schedueled on 08/03/01). My wife got FP notice after lawyer faxed a letter to notice. She got her FP notice n 08/13/01 and did on the same day.
AD: 10/24/01( According to AVM, Waitig for Approval Notice)
whole GC process took 3 and half years. I-140 took nearly 20 months.
