My case received and currently pending, my receipt date is April 26, 2007.
When can I expect results of the processing? When can I expect the approval?

My H1 extention case is also pending in Vermont with receipt date of April 6th 2007. Looks like I-129 processing date didn't move at all in last 30 days. In June 18th they were processing receipt date received till 2nd April and on July 16th they are still at same date. Not sure what they did for 30 days. :mad:

Well atleast we were picked during the H1B lottery :)
So when do you think we can received a response from them? Killer waiting really.
 
Hi Guys,

Although my application idnt go to the Vermont center. It is still at California center and my case is still pending. It was received on april 2nd and till now no response. I didn not even get a RFE. I have no idea whats going on! The website shows now processing cases received on may 15th so mine is outside normal processing time as per USCIS. I just know that it is pending. When is the USCIS going to get back to us if at all...
