Hi Guys,

I applied for I140/485 concurrent, Nebraska last week of April 2004. waiting for Receipts. Anybody applied in April and May 2004, can post details here. We will see whether these new procedures helping us or not(new procedures from April 30). I will post dates after I receive receipts....

Concurrent ?

I 140/I485/I765/I131 filed concurrently EB3 Feb 28,2004
seperted applications for I485/I765/I131 from I140
INS Sent the applications back twice to lawyer
Meanwhile accepted I140 ,approved on April 8,2004
RD for restof applications : April 12,2004
ND : April 13 ,2004
LIN041375****

Received receipts on april 20,2004.

Hi Manisudan,
Congratulations. I am still wating for receipts. My employer refused to generate paychecks one day before and send along with 140/485. So, finally no latest paychecks with application. Can you guess what happens to my case and which side I will fall. new or old procedures?

I just got my receipt number based on the check image.

The application was filed on Apr 27.

I applied for I140/485 concurrent in first week of April 2004 at NSC. No receipts yet.

What's going on? Any comments....

I also filed my I140 in 1st week of May, waiting for the receipt no. Will keep posted.

Just got all the receipts for my applications.

RD : Apr 27, 2004
ND : May 5, 2004

However, my wife's name is typed wrong, the attorny will contact them.

You received receipt numbers for 140, 485, 765 and 131 to your address? or only lawyer received? ( I heard that we also get one copy directly from INS along with layer). My company guys told that lawyer received receipts even I have my address on filled forms. I don't get any of those receipts to my address. Is it true?
 
Only the lawyer received the receipts.

I didn't receipt any receipts , the lawyer forward the receipts to me.

Did you pay the application fee by yourself, If so, you can check whether the "check" is cashed out. I suggest you should contact your attorney.

I am collecting the documents to apply for my I-140/I-485.

I read somewhere in the forum that I should get copies of some documents photo-copied in color. Can you please give me the list of the documents whose copies I should get in color?

Waiting for receipts

140/485/131/765 concurrent filing at NSC for EB1-OR on May 6th. Waiting for receipts. Will keep you all posted.
