Looks like there is something wrong with EB2 , Dates have moved to May but there are lot of Pending cases from April.

I know bunch of EB3 cases got approved and I don't think any Eb3 cases are pending which were filed before May .

Any comments . Globus , your dates and mine looks same . Pls update me if you have any updates.

EB2 Concurrent filing
140/485 RD 06/30/2004
LUD 10/27 and 01/12/2005

Guys

Be aware of few things first point is that you need to wait for 30 days before initiating an enquiry if the JIT dates crossed your receipt dates. Since this report was released on Jan 21 will mean wait till Feb 21.

Also JIT just means that officers are working on cases that were filed on or around May 07 it doesn't mean that they all have been adjudicated till May 07.

So if few april cases have been approved that is probably because they (based on JIT) should be working on them now and ideally people should hear approvals soon.

Plus anyway JIT dates are reference dates give people a opportunity to enquire on cases status, I wouldn't take this as written in stone that all cases before may 07 should have been approved by now or will be approved in next 30 days.

I want to clarify one thing here as I dont quite exactly agree with the above statement. I think the 30 day wait is for your filing date against the JIT date and has nothing to do with the report release date. So if the report released on Jan 21 has a "now processing cases" date of May 27, if your case is before Apr 27, I think you can initiate an enquiry today.

Did you not understand my statement clearly  I was addressing a specific chain of questions being asked on this thread indicating why April cases were not approved   I used the JIT release date just as an example assuming things moved at the same rate which meant Feb21 (JIT date would June 07)

It says clearly on the processing time report when you can initiate an enquiry what you have is what I was also saying but I was addressing a specific question not giving a general answer!!

That assumption is incorrect based on what we have been seeing in the past 10 JITs.

Don't mind tone of email but I think you still don't get it. All I was saying was rather people jumping up and down that the JIT date is May 07 && I filed on April 30 how come it is not approved yet  I said give another 30 days or so then you should start getting nervous on why you haven't heard anything yet not today.

Oh boy sometimes it looks so difficult to get such a simple point across JIT date was just a reference date saying give 30 days or so and hopefully the JIT would have also progressed by then.

By the way if you actually compare the last 1 year the JIT dates have moved approx 1 year so it is moving about in tandem with as months progress sometimes it is stuck sometimes it moves couple of months in a two week timeframe. Anyway I have data to support this and do not have anything further to say on this topic.

Relax

Don't be discouraged. May 07 means that they are starting to process the cases on May 07, however, I think it may take several days to a few months for them to process the case. Maybe your case is under review, but needs a few days. Be patient guys.
