Substitution Case, EB3 filed on 4/17/02

Hi,

I have a substitution case filed for I-140 (EB3 Category).

It was filed on 04/17/02.

I dont have a tracking no; its our company\'s policy not to give it out to employees. How long is it expected to get the approval?

I will post the details on when i get approved.

ND Question

Jeff,
Did u hear anything about your ND in the AVM ?
Becaz my RD was on march 3 rd and I don\'t hear any ND details.It says that INS received my papers on 3 rd march and it is taking 150....etc.
Could u pl tell me whether ND info is given by AVM?

Hi krish ,

I don\'r remember exactly what i heard from AVM , but i am sure it
only tells about RD .. Check with your lawyer for I-140 copy , i got
copy from my lawyer and its clearly printed on I-140 application copy
on left side both RD and ND , ND is usually 1-2 days after RD.

Hi swind ,

Not 100% sure but i have seen some EB3 cases filed in February ,
they are getting approved in 2 months ... but when i checked
AVM using my case number - i heard its currenty taking 150 -240 days
(5 -8 months) to process EB3 applications ...

Not sure which one to believe ..

You are correct.I could see the Receipt date and notice date on my I140 copy sent by INS to my company.

Any idea when can I expect my AD?Anybody on the same boat ????

Hi guys,
 My PD is 02/2000. EB3 case. MD for I-140 on 4/10/2002 and RD is 4/19/2002. Will update as soon as anything come up.

Hi all,

Here are my details:

MD – 04/12/02
RD –04/17/02
ND – 04/18/02
EB2 category

Is there premium processing, if so what is the procedure.
I heard that the current processing time is about 6-8 weeks, is it true.
Would there be any queries in I-140 stage, if so, would they be more related to the company or about the candidate.

Please let me know. Any valuable input is highly appreciated.

Premium processing is delayed ... so presently its not in affect.
Might take 6-12 months if its going to happen in future ...

Hi Folks,

My company had filed my I-140 on 2nd April\'2002, can anybody has eceived approval of his/her I-140 after that. If yes when did his/her company had filed.

Any updates!!. So far when Feb cases were pnding many March guys got approvals. I am not sure why it is not happening with April. I mean while MArch processing is almost complete, no April approval yet! I am not able to check AVM as my lawyer does not provide all the details and am in last week of April. Those of you who are in early APril with EAC pl do check AVM more frequently. There were many in Feb March who got approvals within 40 days. I guess ours should be round the corner

I can\'t thank you enough for the support and information you provided during the past few months. I heard the magic word "APPROVED" tonight on AVM. MY I-140 IS APPROVED.
