April 2002 I-485.. How to send Expedite via FedEx ? Please HELP

I am a April 2002 - I-495 RD filer.
My FBI name check cleared in Feb 2005.
However, the USCIS database still says FBI NAme Check Pending (found this out when i did my AILA enquiry).
Sent numerous letters to USCIS, Congressman and Senators.
Their short response - 'You "people" will have to wait' - whatever You people means!!

Sent Expedite request via Fax using the template that PrinceOfJungle (forum member posted to my earlier query).

What is the physical address that i can send the expedite letter via FedEx ?
Please advise...
I am frustrated, sad, angry..
Will taking out a full page ad in Mesquite Times (local newspaper) help ?

Any ideas ?

I have just been denied expedited processing request with the reasond "FBI namecheck pending", so you may want to explore other venues...
