As I posted last month, Senetor's office found out the reason from TSC: no visa available. Of cause that's an error by TSC. I am EB-2, not EB-3. Also, my priority date is 1999, not 485 receipt date. I am not from SR country.

Senetor's office followed up with TSC by pointing out the error. I guess that's the reason it's approved. The on-line message has not changed. I got the approval notice in the mail.

I wonder how common this error is and if we should worry about it when it starts taking too long for an approval, i guess we should, anything is possible at TSC :)
