We have the same dates..I am waiting for FP too.
I heard nearly 6000 cases filed between Jan and May have not got FP due to some problem. If this is true, I think we are among the 6000.
Did u hear any such thing, did u try calling, also when did ur spouse get FP..

Here is my case. Applied in Nebraska but staying in Charlotte,NC (FP also done in Charlotte, which comes under Texas). Any concerns of this type,please post.

My situation
I guess the missing of the 6000 notices is sort of rumor.
The reason is that I called IIO twice, last week and yesterday.
What I know is that my notice is not prepared yet. For the
first IIO, she told me to wait for a while and did not specify
how long it would be. The second IIO checked out both of our
cases and said he would send a letter (whatever) to FP department
to ask them to send me a notice.
I have no clue if the promise is true. At least it sounds better
than "wait a while".
If I were you, I would try to call INS and contact IIO face to face.
Please dot not forget to mention it has been at least 9 months
since the ND. You will know whether your notice is lost in the mail.
If it\'s sure, you have 100 reasons to ask them to resend you one.
My wife got hers on Jan. 19 and the scheduled date is Mar. 1, 2002.
