April 2001 approvals...Expect this week (Jan. 21 thru Jan. 25)

Let\'s hope for the best

What I worry is if VSC is going to treat cases with April RD and June/July ND as April cases or Jne/July cases. A lot of us has RD and ND three months apart.
 
I believe April RD with June/July ND will be considered as

June/July cases. When I last called VSC, I was told that they go by notice dates not by receipt dates. So, VSC is currenly processing 04/01/01 notice dates.
 
Don\'t worry

Even VSC use ND to queue cases. After they finish all April ND cases there won\'t have cases left in May and June
 
I guess IIO call ND as the receipt date because the AVM says "your appl...was received on .....

And it is also logically to think they go by ND because the EAC # sequence number is nothing but the ND...
e.g. EAC 01-178-5xxxx means \'01\' fiscal year 2001 (October 2000 thru September 2001) and \'178\' is the 178th (computer) working day in the fiscal year 2001.
