April 2000 ND

[April ND]

Please respond if your notice day is earlier than Apr. 30, 2000. I am getting fustrated day after day while I saw a lot of approval with May/June ND. Not being able to spend the whole day on the phone, what can I do?

If you watch closely, you will find that most(if not all) of the approvals are INDIA+EB2.

People with PD in 98 are getting approvals if they are done with FP..

After FP, you are again in the queue with PD!

Detroit Ranger : Do you mean to say that PD matters in 485 ? Doesn\'t it just go by ND & RD ? People say that EB2 or EB3 does not matter in 485. But I\'m seeing only a lot of EB2s. What is the reason ?

INS could be clearing some age old EB3 cases and EB2 cases with old PD...INS said something about making EB3 current. You can see that PD for EB3 moved from July 98 to Jan 99 in the last one month.

Bottomline is (I think) PD matters and if you are done with FP then you wait your turn...
