April 04 EAD

Mine and my wife's 2nd EAD with a RD of April 28 04, is still pending with VSC whereas the current processing dates are for May 27 04. Anyone else in the same boat??? any thoughts why this may be the case, the LUD hasn't changed since the case was filed.

u'r approval should be around the corner coz I just got my 2nd EAD approval on 19th July & it was filed in April. But haven't received the AP Approval yet. ow abt u'r AP??

nothing on AP yet as well, the LUD still says April 26th for both EAD and AP.

I am with you.
Mine and My Wife’s 2nd EAD, AP ND is March 15 th 2004.

Still no news. On July 13 Th we opened inquiry on our AP case.
I will be calling next week to open inquiry on my EAD........
