April 02...still nothing...!!! anyone in the same boat..? Can anyone guess how much longer will it be..?

My ND is 4/23. I am also "Still nothing "

But my Finger printing was done in Dec 2002 though.

But it is "Still nothing" only.

You have a company.
 
I am with Ya. ND 4/12/02, FP 6/17/03, sent letter to TSC for FP expiry, fax to TSC for FP expiry too, still nothing. Renewed my 3rd AP on 2/17/04, sent an inquiry almost 30 days ago, still nothing. Really have no idea what TSC is doing now. Contacted my senator just before the holiday, still nothing yet.

Me too. Nothing happened. I renewed AP for my wife, daughter and myself. But only my wife and daughter's AP were approved quickly, but mine is still pending longer than 90 days. The web said it takes 60 to 90 days.

I think you will get good news soon...

I am an April 2002 filer too, I just got email notice my case got approved 7/7/04, which is 2 days short of my figure print expiration(FP 4/9/03). I ever called my lawyer about the fingerprint expires, but never got any answer... I think the fingerprint theory is true to some degree and to some working officer in Texas center... :D

Hey Pleashelp1 and other who have similar situation (FP done)


Advise:

Most ppl shared that sending FP Exp notice to them may triger progress, keep sending a reminder them every 15 days. you should have done this before a month before.

don't waste ur time .... fax them today .

Just want to share the experience, well... to vent too. Since my 3rd AP is so old, I decided to call again for the second inquiry. I somehow hope this will trigger my 485. I did the first inquiry on 6/8/04, I marked it on my calendar so clearly that I really don't think I can get it wrong. After holding for 25 minutes, I finally got to speak to a human being. That lady told me that from their system, it wasless than 30 days from my last inquiry, so I could do nothing but wait. I told her that I knew it had been 30 days and if not please let me know how many days was displayed in their system. She said she did not know and then cut off on me. She is rude to say the least. I'm really sick of this. :mad:
