concurrently filed cases are not approved concurrently
My case is EB3 concurrent filed in June 2004. On 2/16/05, my 140 was approved. However, neither my 485, nor my spouse's has been touched since 12/14/04(LUD). same situation as youdeservGC and StatusFinder here. There's no RFE on the 485 either. Please let me know when your cases get approved. Hope we will finish the odyssey soon.
