How many days it says in letter about "pending service consideration" ?
I my case its says 60 days from nov 11 04

for me letter says pending for service considerations no time period is mentioned , LUD 11/19, no news yet :mad:

April filers

Why is it that April/March 2003 filers are still waiting for the approval, whereas all those through Jan 2004 are getting the approval so fast? While I am being happy for them, it really is frustrating that they are not following the sequence of applications.

What is "pending consideration" vs. "Still in review"? I got "still in review... allow 45 to 60 days" as the response for my case status inquiry, and I see some of you got the response as "pending consideration". Is there any difference?

Also, how do you send e-mail to FBI name check, is there a format?
