Apr RFE, Let\'s share our info

It really scrared me a bit. If it will take another 330 days then I would rather prefer to go back ro India or change my employer!

Thank you for you info.I got the RFE in April too. I called NSC and heard AVM "Your response was received on May 3rd. It takes approx 300 to 330 days and since your initial processing was already over, it will take 330 days from date to complete your processing"
That is really scare me.
 
I too got the same AVM Ack for my RFE

RFE issued 9th Apr. (H1\'s,I94 and Employement letter)
RFE sent 1st May and AVM ack on 3rd May. .......
 
How many days for apprvl from the day INS receives RFE ? 2months passed

Got a RFE on Feb 18th. INS received my reply (thru attorney) on March 18th. No approval so far. This RFE is regarding birth certificate. Here comes the Million Dollar question..
Do any body know the maximum days INS is taking for approval?
 
I got the same message. Waiting since two months....

Let\'s hope we don\'t have to wait for 330 days !! Isn\'t it so frustrating?
 
AVM message of 330 days after RFE submission

Relax, that\'s just the standard message after submitting an RFE. An approval normally occurs within a few months. Of course, the current hiatus at NSC has bumped this wait up by a month or so.
