Important: PD Date & EB Category

Please post your details with the following:

Priority Date
EB Category

If you look at those people who received FP2 notices (RD: Jan, Feb, March & April 2003) it appears that those people may all be EB2 category, with few exceptions.

The exceptions are may be due to priority dates.

For this reason, I think, posting details with Priority Date & EB Category is important. It will help us assess, if the FP2 notices are only sent to EB2 and above categories or for all categories.

Mine is APR2003 receipt date. Yesterday received 2nd FP notice.Scheduled for 1st week of DEC. EB3 category.
 
I received 2FP too scheduled for DEC 2004 first week.

A few of my friends also received 2nd FP notice,they all have filed for 485 in 2003 around March/April 2003..

Received FP2 notice scheduled for 12/07/2004.

Question:

Can I go for FP2 earlier than the scheduled date? If I can, what should I need to do.... take appointment..etc.

Going earlier is good or bad?

I got my FP2 on 11/6/2004 scheduled for 12/2/2004, so did my wife. I am EB2.

Received 2nd FP notice. Online msg has not changed from day one.

recvd 2nd FP notice

I received 2nd FP notice on 11-8 for 11-19. My spouse recvd on 11-8 for 12-2.

Mine is EB3 substitute. Online msg. didn't chngd since day 1. My spouce and Son's LIN are not even showing on online status. It says invalid receipt no. but they got AP1, AP2, EAD1 and EAD2..everything..oh well!

Hi,

Please count me in. I am 2003, Aprial filer. ND is Aprial 24th, RD is May 1st. Mine is concurrent filing. Mine is received on 15th Nov and scheduled on 12/28/2004. Waiting on Spouses 2nd finger printing. My case is applied under EB3.

Please Take An Extra Minute To Post The Rd Of I-485 Notice. Better Still Put It In You Signature So You Won't Have To Re-write It.
