I got I140 & 485 approval e-mail from INS.

Here are the details

I140 - 4/1/2003
I485 - 4/1/2003

140 & 485 Approved on July 22nd.
Eb3

1 - AP
2 - EAD ( last month applied 2nd EAD)

Can you share your profession? Was it IT related? What was the state? Who approved, USCIS Local or regional office?

This case proves beyond doubt that TSC is implementing Fujie memo on all concurrent cases. This is good for all of us cause this doesn't look like it is delaying the 140 adjudication but it is speeding up 485 to match with 140 approval date .... yahoooooo!!!

TSC is processing Apr 2003 cases

Hi All,
I belive TSC is processing all concurrent cases files in the month of April.So we can wait for our turn.

My FP have done on June 2003.

Education:
I have 5 Master Degree in Computer Science-> equvalent 4 years Bachelor degree here
5 years exp when i filed labour

Country : India

Could you tell us, did you send any fax or email to TSC? Did you talk with any congressman or senator? Or you did nothing but just wait?

And, my case is I-140: Mar/11/2003, I-485: Apr/25/2003, FP is done on
Jun/17/2003.
I hope, really hope, like what gclongdream said, TSC now is handling April Concurrent cases!

I did nothing. I did FP on June 2003.

I applied 2nd EAD on June 2004. Might be that helped.

Congratulations on your approval. Can you please let us know if there was any experience reqiured in your LC alongwith the Bachelors degree. I mean since you had 5 years exp. during LC application, did you state that in the LC.

My LC required US equivalent bachelor's degree. Also I showed MCSD and Sun certified programmer certificates. I don't know they will consider certificate.
I hope that all concurrent applicants who didn't get I140 approval, gets GC soon.

I mentioned 3 years Indian company Experience and 2 years US experience.
I am with the same company for the last 4 years. I didn't change the residencial address for past 3 years.

Is your India Bachelar's a 3-year degree or 4-year degree? If it is 3-year degree, how would you equivalent it to a US bachelar's degree? Thank you so much!
 
I-140 Appproved

Got email from CIS at 9:00PM(CST) regarding my 140 and 485 case.

my 140 case has been approved but they sent a notice requesting additional evidence regarding my 485 case.

Do you guys know what kind of evidence will be?
