Apr 2002 LIN RD Approved!!!! Surprise!!!

Hi Guys,
One of my friend whose RD is in April 2002 got approved. It's a surprise to him and all of us. I did not believe him and asked his Receipt number and I confirmed it. I know many guys here don't believe. But I promise it's true. BCIS is weird!!!!

LIN 02 163 54***.

Run the script if you guys don't believe it.

No it's a regular EB3 Case. His wife also got approved along with him. She applied follow to join only in February 2003.

It would be helpful to find more about the case to see what he did right or what we are doing wrong.
 
I believe it was because he added his wife at the later stage and BCIS messed up on his date.
I have seen a similar situation on Rupnet some time ago.

I feel the same. When the BCIS guy pulled out his file to add his wife's file, instead putting it back they might have assgined to the adjudicating officer
 
Extremely lucky people. Once in a bluemoon it happens.

They are so grateful to BCIS people.

My RD also Nov'2001 and my LIN is 02 049xxxxx. Did you hear any info from INS/BCIS. As per IIO my case has been assigned to an officer. this info. was giving since Mar'2003.
