APR-2002 got 2nd FP

today I got 2nd FP notice and it scheduled for 6th Jan 2004 in HUNTINGTON/WOODLAWN , VA application support center.

Anybody did early FP in this center ?


RD : 4/12/2002
ND : 4/18/2002
FP1 : 7/17/2002 received by bcis
RFE : 10/23/2003
RFE : 11/20/2003 RFE received by bcis
FP2 scheduled : 01/06/2004

AD :


RFE was standard RFE, two pay slips, W2.

va412, was your 2nd FP notice sent only to you or to your attorney also? I did my 1st FP at July 8th last year but still haven't received my 2nd FP notice yet. Wondering if that is because I moved.
 
I do not know my attorney received the 2nd FP or not.
My first FP was received by me and attorney too.

I think BCIS send FP notic to both applicant and attorney too.

the other thing my online status is also not updated yet... it's still saying we received your response to our request for evidence or information....
 
did you get second FP along with RFE ?
I have RD: 04/20, close to yours thats why I
wander.
 
got RFE on 10/23/2003 and second fingerprint notice date is 12/02/2003 and scheduled for 1/6/2004.

The finger print notice was sent to me and the lawyer.

My RD is 04/16/2002. I did 2nd FP on Nov 2. Sched for Dec 6,2003.

Just curious, did the online status message show that you got an RFE during that time.

Yes, when I got RFE on 10/23/2003 my online status was changed and when I replied it then also it updated.

But it's not updated for 2nd FP... I think once BCIS receives the FP result then they will again update the status.
