i'm virginia and sent a letter to authorize senator office to make an enquiry on my behalf. And provided my detail of EAC#,a.no#, RD,ND,FP dates. and explained my concerns in the leter. i hope this helps.
About why my case was delayed, it's still a mystery for me...only thing now i care is , it's approved.
