Hi Guys,

I\'m looking for an approximate idea as to how long will it be for the final adjudication of my petition.

Here are my details:

EB3 from India.
PD 8/00
MD 8/28/01
RD 8/31/01
ND 10/17/01
Got EAD on 10/22/01
FP 12/7/01

Any idea as to how long after the FP do we get 485 approval?

Thanks in advance,
Desi from Bombay

Given the low load at VSC, paricularly in April, May, June, you ..

may be looking at 4 months +/- 30 days. Your FP is a +ve indication :)

I was done my FP on Dec12th from Baltimore, MD. Whats next??

Here are my details.

RD: 5/31
ND: 8/6
FP: 12/12

When can expect my approval Notice??

Did they ask you to go in CA or FL for finger printing

Hi GC_wannabe,
You are the right person to answer my question.
Did they allow you go in FL for finger printing. Where did they assign you to go for FP.
This is my situation. I applied in NSC but work in VSC, I gave address that comes under NSC. I know they are going to ask me to go for FP in NSC area. After getting the FP notice can I go to Boston where I work now for FP. What is that I need to carry when I go for FP in Boston. Please let me knwo what ever u know regarding this.
Even for medical also I went all the way to Iowa state from here.

I really appreciate ur answer.

Thanks

You can do your FP in ANY ASC in the US.

As INS (and by extension the entire USDOJ) fall under the purview of Federal Laws and Regulations (esp. administrative law), you will not face ANY restriction whatsoever in going to any ASC to do your FP. u cud stay in CO, file in TSC and do ur FP in WA state, and you will not face any problems so long as you take along the notice and requisite acceptable ID.

Determining factor for the answer to your question is the I-140 type

If your I-140 was approved for CP than you might require more than 6 months. If it was for AOS than it will not take more than 5 months.
