I did recive an RFE for employment and USCIS received repose to this RFE on 11/06/2003.

for xl088 questions

I didn't do any thing to get 3rd FP notice. They sent it to me but notice says if your application is already granted then please disregard this notice. So I am going to disregard my 3rd FP notice. I never spoke to USCIS officer, my lawyer strickly said that I should not call USCIS only he should be calling USCIS if needed.

I hope I have answered all your question if not please let me know.

I forgot to update Rupnet. I will do it today.

One more question, I wonder if you ever moved while you were pending and which address you got the 3FP notice, old home add. or the new one.
