Hi, Don't want to disappoint but in my case same message posted on Aug 20, 2007 turns out to be resend FP notice to my current address, which I missed already.
BUT, when I called TSC for the same inquiry 3-4 times and got same answer that it could be your plastic card and still waiting. So, Call Center have belief that if message has word like "document" means approval and card.
And, I surely believe now that it is not card/approval but resend FP notice as it has mailing date of Aug 20, 2007, and I haven't yet completed my second FP.
