Hi hello my friends
I called TSC on today primary applicant name check (NC) it is pending
I don't know what happened last month when I called NC i s cleared and when I went to Infopass appt they said its cleared in last year in march..
but today I got different answer..
will they request twice or once...
please give your opinions
also if any body know how to write the letter to FL ... and including matter..
example..
it's really helpfull and appreciates.

NC status changing IO to IO. Not sure what is going on :confused:

Info gathered so far from IOs..
TSC IO: 07/30/2007. NC cleared. 2nd FP pending.. Did not initiate FP.
Infopass: 03/08/2007 FBI Namecheck pending. No useful.
TSC IO: 08/06/2007 NC cleared. 3 times she mentioned NC is cleard. Only holding thing is 2nd FP. She said Issued FP notice. Still Waiting now for that :( I see two days LUD changes.
TSC IO: 08/13/2007 NC no Cleared. very rude.
TSC IO: 08/15/2007 NC Cleared. wait for 2nd FP

September is going to be a month of many approvals. Hang on there everybody, your Day will come soon.

Does anyone know the differences between code 1 and code 3?

I got second FP notice, and it is code1, what does it mean? Anyone?

Good Luck everyone... I wouldnt trust SRs, telephone conversations with IOs, but I WOULD trust LUDs ! - my 2 cents..
