Thanks to all the advise by all on this forum. I am literally addicted to this forum from last 3-4 years.Peolpe like CIBA, Pcee, RSRGC, Sillman , Kashmir made this a great place for info and hope.

My details are

I 485 filed on Dec-2001- WAC-02-062****
1st FP - Mar-2002
RFE recieved by INS - dec-30-2003
2 nd FP recieved - Jan -7 -2004
Approved Jan-9-2003

Used AC 21 after 500 days of filing. Different Job title (Programmer Analyst to Sr. software Engg) , Different State (CA to VA) , Salary10% more than LC salary.

Let me know if anyone got any questions.

I have two questions.

1. Did you inform USCIS of the job change?
2. Did you get an RFE from USCIS?

If you can answer them please.

I Filed AR11 after move to VA but never informed INS.Lawyer suggested not to change address as that can trigger Service center change and that means extra months.

Never informed INS about Job change.


I got RFE in Dec-2003 and then in reply to RFE informed about job change. RFE was about W2, EVL

I went to Oakland, CA for 2nd FP , didn't want to take chances.

Mesasge changed after RFE to RFE recieved on Dec-30-2003

then Message Changed after 2nd FP (Done Jan-2-2004) to Results of FP recieved on Jan-7-2004 .

Today message changed to Approved and Notice sent on Jan-9-2004
