The empl letter I recall had 5-6 lines drafted by my attorney. It just had " Mr ..... had changed employers after ... months after applying for his AOS. He will be using the AC 21. His job duties and responsibilities remain the same as described in the attached labour approval."

Did you change jobs after EAD 6 months ? Did you use AC-21 ?

I changed jobs after nearly 18 months. Yes I used AC 21.

Did you send a Emp letter soon after you changed jobs or you waited for the RFE ?

I sent the emp letter 3 days after I joined the new employer. Therefore no scope for RFE.

I had to seek the help of the local senator (Arlen Specter), whose office initiated an enqiry with the INS officialy termed as an Congressional enquiry. My case got approved after three days of the enquiry. Coincedence perhaps ?? !!!
