Emp Letter details

Hi Venkatesh,
Congratulations !
Can you provide details regarding the Emp letter that you had to provide for the RFE ?
Do you have a template ?
Can you post it ?
Did you change jobs after EAD 6 months ? Did you use AC-21 ?
Did you send a Emp letter soon after you changed jobs or you waited for the RFE ?
