My husband's case was approved on December 17, 2003, according to the online message.

His case:

RD 11/19/01
ND 12/15/01
1FP 04/18/02
2FP 08/28/03
RFE 10/15/03
RFE received 11/07/03.
AD 12/17/03.

But he still received the notice to make the 3rd finger print. How should he act on that? Thanks for your advice.

For me, I applied together with him. But I even haven't received any 2FP notice. Also my EAD will be expired on 01/01/04, but the application is still pending. Does anyone have experience to walk in Newark NJ office to get the interim EAD? Thanks for sharing your experience with me.

People here with pending cases, please don't worry too much. I had been quite frustrated on our cases, but now, it looks everything is fine except for taking longer time.

Moderators can you put a important info that if your case is approved please read it and ignore the 3rd FP.

u can ignore the 3rd FP.
Some people have got interim ead at Newark. Search this forum. But, think, 90 days should have passed after u apply before trying at the local office.
 
RFE : Employer letter

I filed EAD renewal on some day September, the RD is 10/02/03. Can I walk in the office on 01/02/04?
